Clear and fair cancellation and refund terms for all bookings.
Cancellation & Refund Terms
30+ Days Before Departure
Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee. You will receive 95% of your total booking amount back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
15-30 Days Before Departure
50% refund of the total booking amount. The remaining 50% covers non-refundable deposits made to our local partners.
7-14 Days Before Departure
25% refund of the total booking amount. At this stage, most arrangements have been finalized with local suppliers.
Less Than 7 Days
No refund available. All services have been confirmed and paid for with our local partners. However, you may transfer your booking to another person with a name change fee of $50.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to arrive for your tour without prior notice, no refund will be issued. Please contact us as soon as possible if your travel plans change.
Force Majeure
In cases of natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events, we will offer a full travel credit valid for 24 months, or a refund minus unrecoverable costs.
